Ryan Stotts Posted December 27, 2016 I've removed and installed radios in other vehicles in the past. I'm a little surprised at how much of the dash has to be removed on this one. Any hard to remove pieces or pieces that are easy to break(clips) if one is not really, really careful? Want to install a Bazooka tube(open to other integrated sub/amp combos). Want to look at the harness connector on the back of the radio. I only have 2 door speakers. Need to see what I have as options for the "high level" inputs. I don't want to cut any wires or use those splice connectors.
Ryan Stotts Posted December 28, 2016 It was good to have a manual. Nice to know where the connectors are, how many, and what type. Glad I don't work in a car stereo shop though. It wasn't too bad. 20 minutes taking my time and 5 minutes to snap it back together. Didn't find what I was looking for though. Didn't see any good place for getting the audio signal for a sub. Appears to be a Clarion head unit?
