Driver vents blowing different temps

My 2018 NVP SL blows different temps from the left and right vents on the drivers side. I have the temps synced but it it is still happening. Does anyone else have this issue?

Mine only does that when the temps are Not synced.  My wife never keeps her side at the same temp so I always sync them back when I am alone in the van!
