Swap Radio from Sentra into NV

Hey all - I have a 2012 NV and I noticed that the satnav radio is lacking in the ability to stream bluetooth audio. I noticed that the NV200 and Sentra have a similar radio  that includes the 'nissan connect'. Does anyone know if these would evenly swap if I could get a hold of one?

It would be nice to know, but I haven't tried to put anything else in. I don't mind the hardwired audio input, I use it for an external XM radio, and occasionally streaming from the phone. I have the Nav stereo though.
