Zachary Posted November 19, 2022 (edited) Just posting this here as a note-to-self as well as for anyone else who ends up with a similar issue. One of our seat pods had a mount that would not unlock when you pulled the strap. At first I feared something was broken in the mechanism, however the actual problem ended up being relatively minor once we got a good look inside the mount. The strap pulls a cable that wraps around under the seat support and ends with a little plastic clip that attaches to a nub on the mount latch. In our case, that clip had become disattached and the cable was hanging loose in the mechanism. It looked at first like something had broken inside, but after comparing to the working latch system, we realized the clip just needed to be snapped back into place.
