Door doesn't always lock/unlock via key fob/door button

Hello all! 

As always, I love this forum and apologies if I'm posting "incorrectly."

 

I have a 2015 NV3500 high roof that's fairly new to me (purchased Sept 2023). The drivers side door doesn't always lock/unlock via key fob or the button inside. Any ideas?

If not some voltage phenomenon, I'd assume I need a new actuator. Any other ideas/things I'm missing?
