xavman Posted January 31, 2015 Need help from someone on this one...it started with my son and a small toy. My son brought his toy into the Nissan NVP 3500 2012 SV. He dropped it, perfectly, into one of the floor openings (notches). Need/want to get it out and was wondering if anybody knows of a way to access underneath the floating floor. Chris_CommercialManager Posted February 2, 2015 I do not, hopefully someone will chime in. I don't even have one here to go out and check, they sell too well. If there's any metal in the toy and you think it might work magnets on the end of a telescopic rod from the auto parts stores work GREAT. I also have one of these, it's flexible and super effective, you can get it from lowes or home depot. http://www.homedepot.com/p/GrabEasy-Grabber-and-Retriever-PF0401/202505170
RICK Posted February 2, 2015 Had my phone slip between the center console and drivers seat. Forget about your hand squeezing in there. Slid the under seat drawer completely out and was able to reach it. Mine van has the bulkhead partition so moving the seat or reaching from behind is not possible. Did the toy fall into the little opening by the cargo tie downs? Or the front seating flooring? Rick.
