Has anyone ordered a 2016, v8, standard roof, cargo NV2500 yet?  Lead time is stated at 4-5 months.

 

Pricing at $30,995 with destination charge.

Hmm, unless you want it in a fancy color I don't think it should take that long. We ordered a 2015 NV High roof SL v6 with the side and rear glass and technology package in June. In September we found out that there was no more color run in blue for the 2015 model so we were put in line for a 2016 model. We took delivery on October 23rd, so it took around 7 weeks from the time they placed the order on the 2016 on September 3rd. 

Is this for NVP or cargo? No idea bout NVP, but for the cargo version I don't see why it'd take 4-5 months, if we were able to get a fairly unusual model in terms of color and options in around 7 weeks.

This would be a "cargo" version, silver in color with Tech Pkg. Initially quoted 8-10 weeks and now currently 18-20 weeks.

Interesting. THe only reason ours did take 16 weeks was because of the blue color no longer being available for the 2015 so we got pushed into the 2016 cycle. Why don't you reach out to Christ_CommercialManager. He can probably tell you what's going on and if there is a delay in production. Maybe they are prioritizing Titan's at the moment? Not sure if that makes sense or if they share a production line in Canton.

The titan does not run on the same line.

 

I was able to get a customer a last minute order of four black NV2500 Techs in 4-6 weeks from date of order by modifying existing orders.  I however have am a larger dealership and have a large amount of existing orders to do so.

 

I'm showing a silver 2016 2500sv tec in stock in my network of 150 stores we own fyi.
