John R Sortman Posted December 27, 2015 I just purchased a 2012 NV 3500 HD high top and the warning chime does not sound for headlights left on or key left in or seat belt undone. Chris_CommercialManager Posted December 29, 2015 That sure sounds like a pre delivery prep issue. Check your fusebock, there is a fuse that needs to be pushed in when the van arrives to us dealers from the factory, it kind of has a plastic thing around the fuse, hard to explain but pretty obvious when looking at it. Go to the fuse box and see what you see. Also, just for the sake of it if that yields nothing, move your stalk on the left hand side of the steering wheel all the way down and turn the wipers on full for a moment.
