  1. Had some time off. Started building new front bumper. 1/8 inch steel. Is not done yet. Need to finish welding it. Have to bend 1.5 inch pipe for a round lights.
  2. The OBD2 is the connector in every newer car. This is what the mechanic plugs his computer into to read codes. OBD2 is not a gadget. I had a Edge Insight Monitor in my NV for a few thousand miles. It did not give me MPG so I returned it. There will be no damage to your NV if you plug a monitor into the OBD2 connector. I had the same unit in my 2001 Ford F250 for 8 years. No damage.
  3. You don't buy a one ton truck for good fuel MPG!! Buy a Prius. My NV weights in at 7000 pounds. It is not going to get high MPG. Will hold 2600 pounds and tow 10,000 pounds. 15 mpg is great!
  4. I replaced the rims on my '16 NVP 3500. Went out to the garage and weighed a rim for you. 38.6 pounds.
  5. Have black grille on the way to replace chrome one. Has anyone removed the grille on a 2016? I see where it is hooked. Just can't unhook it. Thanks.
  6. That is for electric trailer brake control. What do you mean by "Upfitter plug?"
  7. 12-18-16 Picked up Maxine from Quigley on Friday, 12-16. Drove home to Minneapolis MN through the rain, ice and snow storm. Had her in 4wd from Toledo to Minneapolis. Ran like a champ. Avg. 10 mpg. 50-70 mph.
  8. 12-18-16 I just picked up my truck from Quigley on Friday, 12-16. Everything Peter_fazio typed is correct. Also, keep in mind. The Titan is a HALF ton truck! NV 3500 is a ONE ton!
  9. Two speeds? Does that mean 2H, 4H and 4L? Is that not 3 speeds? I saw the same Trans. They told me 3-4 years before in NV.
  10. 4-6 weeks. Full Warranty. Truck is brand new. Bought it from a dealer here in MN. Cheaper to drive out then ship. Shipping one way was $1500. Drive= Time, $150 in gas, $70 in tolls. $200 airplane ride. And I got to see the shop! :)
  11. Dropped off Maxcen at Quigley on Monday, the 7th. Left Minneapolis at 8am on Sunday. Arrived around 3am Monday. You can see the Chevy van, in the background, they used in the BAJA 1000.
  12. New rims installed. The picture of the truck was taken at Quigly. I drove out there from Minneapolis last Sunday. Will get truck back with 4 wheel drive.
  13. The HELLA 500's on past truck worked great.
  14. Mine is Flood and spot. I bought it on Amazon for $50 as a trial. I don't like it. It seems the light goes in every direction. I don't need to light up the sky. My last truck had 3 HID lights. 2 fog, 1 spot. Was great.
  15. Installed switch and 24" LED light bar today. Found a rubber plug in firewall behind brake pedal. Removed plug and ran wires through it. Tapped into 12V outlet for power. I don't know how to write under each picture. You will have to figure it out yourself. :) Front bumper will be removed shortly for custom made bumper/brush guard.
  16. ASD Dad, Local dealer had the one I wanted. Full warranty. I like Quigley. Never used low range 4x4 in any truck. Different head lamps would be nice. :)
  17. Plans, Remove ALL chrome. LED lights all the way around. Quigly 4x4 in November. Black grille. Remove chrome front bumper and make bumper and grille guard. Here is a picture of one I made for old truck. Remove center consule and have a wood one made.
  18. 2016 Nissan NV 3500 Passenger. Brought it home Sept. 27, 2016 Many plans for this truck.
  19. With the Quigley conversion. Can you shift from 2WD to 4WD at any speed? Thank you.
