  1. Does anyone know how to disable the Navigation Lock-out :angry2: while moving. Having to stop is ridiculous! You can't stop on a freeway.
  2. My NV2500 with V8 on Regular Fuel at 6000ft carrying Appliance Parts to the ceiling averages Lowest 15mpg Highest 19mpg If I use mid grade my mileage will increase by 2mpg Not worth the added cost at the pump. FYI Got a nail stuck in my tire after 2 weeks of delivery. Stopped by a local Firestone Store to see if could remedy the problem, What a lousy business model. Says could'nt look at till tomorrow and you got nitrogen for air go back to see your Nissan dealer! WTF! Ok Firestone doen't want my biz. Remembered my last tire purchase at Costco and they also used nitrogen. Drove to the local Costco, explained my problem, manager asked if I was a member, he put it up on the rack, dismount the tire from the wheel and patched from inside. During the repair a crowd had formed wanting to know what vehicle that was? Truck or a van? Well any way to get to the crux Costco REPAIRED my FIRESTONE nail collector for FREE!! Yeah F'n FREE. KUDOs to COSTCO..
  3. Greetings All! Have any NV owners found a seat cover for your van yet. Can never find much for the NV listed yet? While on the topic of after market stuff, how about custom wheels too? 8 bolt 17's Does anyone know if Dodge rims would work? In Advance, Thanks for any insight you can provide. 4. Thanks, Had a rough time getting thru the gate, but I'm in. Placed my order on friday and my new Nissan NV "Panel Truck" 2500SV should be delivered in 2 weeks. I'm downsizing from a Heavy Chevy 3500 with a Supreme 14' Utility Body. (9 -11 mpg) Ordered it with all options after testing a basic 3500. I was totally blown away how much bigger it actually is compared to the pictures. I rode both the 3500SV and 2500SV. After driving the Chevy dually for all these years (harsh) I settled for all the "comforts" the 2500 offers over the 3500. I could detect a softer ride in the 2500 over the 3500. My only regret was White is the only color available right now? Blue or Silver were my picks. Oh yeah, I'm a one man Appliance Servicer for Bosch Thermador & Samsung. Leaving behind 40% of my inventory is going to be tough! But willing to adapt. I choose the 'Cargo Management" incentive. Can't figure out why the shelving stops half way up? 2 of 3 dealers said it's because of safety reasons. So if any of you discover how to better utilize the space would like to hear back. Thanks Again for the forum! Wish you all luck with your new truck! John W Parker, Colo :happy feet:
