Looking good. You are really going good all out. Thanks for posting!
  3. I'm checking in regularly. https://instagram.com/p/BHJAdpwB_Vh/
  4. Mine is leaking again. Back to dealer third time.
  5. I had a spare key made that I keep in my wallet. It won't start the vehicle but will open the door. I have not Been locked out in the manner described.
  6. I installed these last week. Mine are in constant contact, but I never completely unloaded the vehicle. The rear-end sits a little higher, ride a little stiffer. I had these on my previous van also and they worked well.
  7. The key needs to be reprogrammed. The replacement key you had made changed the programming. The 2 keys are programmed differently.
  8. Dealer removed windshield resealed and reinstalled windshield. So far no more leaks.
  9. You can just fold the passenger seat forward and sit on the back of the seat back. Of course it's not comfortable for long periods, but you could put a cushion on it and devise a seat back for it pretty easily.
  10. Did the same on my high top. Looks great.
  11. Yep I'm having this problem too. Leaking at door frame drivers side right below seam on sloping roof. Side curtain airbag soaking wet and water dripping onto window and lock controls. Stay tuned.
  12. Thanks for posting! Nice Youtube channel Too!
  13. You probably don't have the inverter package required to power the 110 outlet.
  14. I'll second the blue tooth obdll reader and Torque Pro app, very handy and total cost of about $30.
  15. The head unit in my tech package is a Bosch unit. And there are controls to dim it.
  16. Shasta Lake, CA Probably attend in Western States I'm usually in southern California and Az in February.
  17. Good job Carmen. Those photos are sure to help someone.
  18. There were no rear speaker wires in my nv2500 with tech package. As for the dashboard you have to take the panel at knee level under the steering wheel off also the bezel over the insturments and then Pop out the ac vent to the right of the radio, then you will have access to remove the radio. Its not has difficult as it sounds and I was impressed at the ease of disassembly and electric disconnects. I have not gone to this level of disassembly in an auto before. I also took down the overhead console and put in sound deadening material. The task was pretty straight forward excepting the sunvisor hooks which just need a 90 degree turn to release. The console will not come down until remove the hooks, there is also square hook and bar type attachment at the lower front for support and alignment.
  19. This is the harness I used http://ae64.com/20-pincombinedharness.htm it may be useful to you or not it does not include stearing wheel control functionality. My installation did not affect the steering wheel controls. I did not use a after market head unit. I added rear speakers ( above wheelwells, factory location) and amplifiers and a sound processor. Also you can get a digital copy of the factory manual on eBay, it's very thorough.
  20. I removed mine too. I used a hair dryer, goof off style remover and elbow grease.
  21. I used this harness with my "premium navigation system" to had rear speaker out puts to the factory harness on my 2500 cargo. http://ae64.com/20-pincombinedharness.htm
  22. I've got the NV2500 high roof v6. I installed a bluetooth OBDll reader ( $28 Amazon) and Torque on my Android phone. The computer on board was very optimistic compared to my pencil and paper calculations. Fortunately there is a trim adjustment in the software ( on the Torque app) Now the read out is accurate. I'm getting 14.5 in the city and between 17 and 19.5 on highway very dependent on wind direction and under 65 mph, double checked with pencil and paper. The Torque app also displays real time mpg. This will show you real quick what sucks down the gas and is good for adjusting your driving habits I also read some where that the high roof had a lower coefficient of drag than the low roof model.
  23. No problems with my NV either! I checked the august sales figures and they were right up there with the Frontier.
