I've had the same problem with rust spots and tried a few different products. Wax and polish works also a clay bar. The most recent product was Car-Pro's iron x which worked very well and easy to use. Seems like the fall weather brings it on every year alot of rain moisture.

Try Super Springs.

I used the heavy duty velcro stick on and solved the problem. My original(factory) stick on pulled the paint off the bracket as well.

Magnetic key cases work well.

I can not comment on the 1500. I have the 2500 V6 low roof, around town 12 mpg on the highway 15 to 16 mpg. Load around 300-1000 lbs.

There are no grease fittings! Typical from manufacturer you don't need them. Now that's funny.... Should have been Manufacturers

Try net a lot of crashed NV's out there. Ebay has a lot take offs.

What are you connecting the ctek to a deep cycle? I thought ctek offers a quick disconnect that has ring terminals, that connect to the battery post nut.

Battery 4 year battery life is pretty good. Average. If a 27 will fit, that's what I'll go with when the time comes. Battery.pdf

If you look at the connector, I believe there's a sensor plugged into it.

Possibly a fuse burned out? Keyless entry control module defective?
