  1. So I'm pretty happy with my DIY NV2500 high roof camper! One thing I have already researched the crap out of is an ABS pipe solar shower. The best example of which can be found on youtube HERE. My question is has anyone made one of these specifically for use on the high roof model? I have several ideas on how to modify the design in this video to accommodate the high roof (can't reach the spout/hose if the whole thing is on top), but if someone has experience doing this, that would be even better. Right now I'm thinking of sticking with this basic design in the video. I'd have 2ft to 4ft of ABS pipe on top, then a 45ยบ elbow leading to a 2ft section of pipe that would hang down the side. I'd put some kind of protection between the hanging part and the side of the van as well to prevent rubbing and potentially scratching/denting the van's paint. I was thinking the piping would be of the 4" variety. HOWEVER I could make the hang down part a smaller thickness of pipe like 2". That bottlenecking + gravity might help A LITTLE with the pressure as well. If anyone has thoughts, ideas, etc. I'm all ears... er eyes in this case.
