Phantom Battery Draw Down Wires in Cargo Area

Recommended Posts

Before the latest recall I had already known about the current draw when the car is off and after the courtesy lights go off which is about 10-15 minutes..(I think i too long, should be 5min).  Anyways there is  current  down the wires that is constant.  I uses an emf meter to detect it and an AM radio of which you can hear  audible clicks at 16 clicks per second.

Then I recieved a recall letter for a battery drain for a solenoid in the transmission or something and I was hoping it would resolve this but nope, still there after the service... oh and btw the radio camera recall update is hard to get use with the new camera angle.. I suppose it might be covering a better area but doesnt feel aligned as  before..oh well...

So anyhow... can someone verify if their van has this current draw?  And what it could be and how to fix it?  I'm more about reducing dirty electricity while I sleep (16 clicks is more than double the schumann resonance) but it's also drawing uneccessary current while off.
