  1. Thanks, so that is not what I was hoping it was. With a little more research today this is what I am looking for. Its the exact same model as what's posted on my door hinge. Looked under the steering wheel dash couldn't find it. I may have to take apart the dash and open it up and look around and behind the radio. They make it very difficult to remove the radio, from a youtuber video you have to rip everything off all the way from left to right. But just as well, helps me cover all the areas it could be.
  2. I'm looking for the tracking device in my nv2500 high roof cargo to remove or disable it. I'm a little worried to try to disconnect it as I read in the OE installation manual, doing it wrong can disable my vehicle from starting Here's a pdf link to the installation manual. Not sure if that is the model in my van. . https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/resources/installation/npd/19_1ty23.pdf Sticker on my door panel This is what it should look like, same model number as on my door panel.
  3. Update: Wondering if the circle in red is the module? Between the raidio and cabin filter. Anyone know what that is? Hi Is anyone familiar with this factory installed or built in GPS system for NV2500 commercial vehicles? I have an FCC and IMEI sticker on the inside of my door which told me there is a wireless device installed. Searching the FCC ID led me to this company, seems it Original Equipment stuff https://fccid.io/2AEB4ALT01 Wondering if anyone has installed, removed it or switch the modes to transit or storage mode from customer mode. What I'd like to do is remove it or turn it off. I got stopped in my tracks when the instructions said doing something wrong can disable my vehicle. So figured I better understand the how to's first and not play around with it. Here is a link to the possible instruction. I don't know if this or another model is installed. List of parts for vehicle models https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/parts/nissan-gps-tracking-mo~999q8-vw002.html The Part Number I think my 2019 NV2500 high roof V8 falls under https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/parts/nissan-vtrs-26~999q8-vw260.html And instructions from the link on that page. https://www.nissanpartsdeal.com/resources/installation/npd/19_1ty23.pdf Any help would be appreciated . Thanks! 19_1ty23.pdf
  4. Did you figure out the source? I have a big white wire maybe 4guage in the spit tubing to the back but I believe its for the 120v outlet inverter in the back. Not sure if it's live or only when I turn on the 120v AC switch. I was looking at drilling a hole in the front passenger footwell for my battery isolator switch. Heard there was a hold there already, but can't find it.
  5. I used an adaptor for the roof with the MaxxAir sold off eBay.
  6. Before the latest recall I had already known about the current draw when the car is off and after the courtesy lights go off which is about 10-15 minutes..(I think i too long, should be 5min). Anyways there is current down the wires that is constant. I uses an emf meter to detect it and an AM radio of which you can hear audible clicks at 16 clicks per second. Then I recieved a recall letter for a battery drain for a solenoid in the transmission or something and I was hoping it would resolve this but nope, still there after the service... oh and btw the radio camera recall update is hard to get use with the new camera angle.. I suppose it might be covering a better area but doesnt feel aligned as before..oh well... So anyhow... can someone verify if their van has this current draw? And what it could be and how to fix it? I'm more about reducing dirty electricity while I sleep (16 clicks is more than double the schumann resonance) but it's also drawing uneccessary current while off.
  7. This is true for me as well.. i have to slam it hard enough to close the back end or else its hard to open the door from the inside... What washer fix did you do Thomas?
