Anyone else having trouble with mobile site?

I nearly always use the mobile site with my phone and seldom use the full site. However, two days ago something happened and I haven't been able to login to the mobile site. In fact, the mobile site even looks different now. I can use it as a guest but have to guess as to what has been posted since my last look.

Anyone else having this problem?

Same issue with the mobile site. Contacted Nissan and Rob indicated they were no other complaints. If not fixed let Rob know via "Contact us."

I had a similar problem and had to close all my open windows on my phone and then reboot.

 

Did this solve the problem?

 

We are looking into this now and one more report has come in.

If "reboot" means turning the phone off, then on, this did nothing. Over the course of a long road trip, I turned my phone off numerous times in no service areas. On my iPhone, the last post was 5/23. Going from mobile version to full version did nothing except I could read more recent posts. I could not sign in on either.

 

As of this post, still not working.

made some changes at 2:40 pm, est.  based on ticket support.  PLEASE see if this helps.  Sorry for the hassles.

OK - it wasn't the ad that were causing the issue - if was a step that we didn't do during the upgrade - totally our fault.
