  1. Almost went with those, but wife nixed it wanting both sides to be even. Had to bite the bullet and go with the Ron.USA painted ones. For the extra $250 they better be nice. Will see when they come in.
  2. Hello van people!! Just traded my 2005 Ford Excursion 4x4 V10 gas. It was running great at 205K but the interior was shot (seats stained and torn, seat belts would not unwind and get tangled, struts to back window done). She was a tough war horse. Im sad but it was time. If I had a ranch I would have kept her. The NV sold me on the spot. Drives almost the same, a foot or so longer and way taller roof. Power is good as my ford was getting sluggish at 200k and the titan V8 feels good. At speed the wind resistance is noticeably more when trying to go from 75 to say 85mph. Love the big mirrors, seats are really nice and the tech passage was a sorely needed upgrade(the excursion still had a cassette deck!!) The towing of 8700 lbs is a bit less then my excursion but my 24 foot race car trailer is gone to be replaced someday by a fifth wheel. The price is a homerun for what you get. Have a friend with a MB/sprinter who spent twice as much. Nissan is the king of value from the versa to the 370Z all of which I have owned. Looking forward to my first of many family road trips next week. Anyone have any info on bugs or glitches on the NV?
  3. good info, had no idea about the sliding door!! thanks.
  4. Anybody have recomendations. For a NVP 3500? Saw some custom fit ones painted to match for about $941 delivered. Still must self install. Seems a bit pricey.
  5. Anyone put some bigger wheels and tires on the NV 3500 P to give it a more "SUV" ish look? I just got mine and absolutely love it. I think a bigger wheel with some meatier tires would look even better.
