Late to the party, but I've been trying to find the answer also...It looks like 2003 Ram 2500 wheels have same offset/bolt circle/center hole B U T they are 16" which is what Im looking for. 245/75R16 is 30.5" diameter 255/75R16 is 31.1" diameter. Am I wrong thinking 16" has more options/cheaper price?

Without the flares installed what was the max height of a person to comfortably use the bed in the "East/West" configuration? That cost is a big bite out of my budget build.
