  2. Beautiful NV!!! One question for you. I have been driving Nissan trucks since 1999. All Frontiers until this NV. I found, (and same with my son's Titan) that the oil filters like K&N set off the maf sensor on these. I switched to the aFe dry because of it. Have you had that, if not, how many miles are on the van since you installed the oiled filter? Perhaps its somthing for you to consider if your sensor blows off.

  7. The Nissan dealer I've been using fixes stuff right away. Glad it worked out for you.
  8. I go with a very simple formula. On my NV, the tow cap is 7100lbs. And on my Frontier 6100 lbs. i go strictly by the GVWR on the trailer. That's the MAX trailer weight the axles on the trailer will carry. I always fail conservative, my trailer's GVWR is 3536. Trailer salesman will sell you what they can and try to confuse you on trailer weights and formulas and so on. Just make sure your trailer's GVWR is well below your max tow weight. Forget dry weight. Thats how I figure it and I've towed quite a bit from the 1970's to present. Everybody does it their own way, I certainly am not implying anyone's wrong, I'm just saying you don't need to have a PHD in mathematics to figure this out.
  9. I added a Koolatron p85 Krusader and a new stereo from Crutchfield. I got the Dual DC525Bi model with Bluetooth. It sounds great even with the stock S speakers!!
  10. I added a bed inside with 3" foam and a Koolatron P85 Krusader arrived just today for it, YIPPEEE!! I'll post pics when I get it installed. (Maybe a week or two)

  13. I don't have these on my NV yet but I run them on my Nissan Frontier. They (kooks pf10 at-m) perform well in sandy wash areas and overall desert environment too. I too was pleasantly surprised. They are on the list for the NV for certain

It did ok but I got to admit, this thing needs some tires!! Those stockers just ain't doing it.
  17. I bought the kit made for the NV's and put it on the rear view mirror. I was at first concerned that the monitor would jiggle loose from the mirror as I live in a remote area with poorly maintained dirt roads but have had no issues. This one; http://www.rearviewsafety.com/backup-camera/cargo-van-backup-camera-systems/nissan-nv-backup-camera/rvs-912619-backup-camera-system-nissan-nv-backup-camera-system.html
  18. I bought mine from this place: http://www.rearviewsafety.com I wanted mine hooked up as a rearview monitor. It comes on when I fire up and stays on til I shut it down.
  19. Try 1aauto.com I got my extended mirrors there and they bolted right on and plugged in.
  20. 4 wheel drive!! Wish I could afford that but I'm good.
