@radin2son so she we be worried or not?

and another thought. Is that tire going to be ok or should we be concerned that its lifespan has been reduced? Drove approx 100 miles with the 95psi in it. Thanks!

Nissan of Reno beat you all with respect to tire pressure screw up! had tires rotated at 15,000. Felt super hard and bumpy on drive home but then forgot about it for a few days. Today I checked. Front tires had 75 and 77 psi. Rear left had 78 and...wait for it...rear right had 95 (!!!) psi! And this was done in Reno in 65 degree weather, i measured in 25 degrees in Tahoe which means those fools put close to 100psi into a tire rated for 80psi. adjusted the pressure down to 50 in front and 80 in back, but of course now the TPM warning came on and tells me my rear tires are at 50...any idea how to reset the TPM so it reads the right tires front and rear? Left a voicemail with the GM and will demand refund and free service. Took a couple of pics as proof. Anything else I should demand? Free service for life? ;-)

100% Confirmed Change for 2017
mahu replied to Chris_CommercialManager's topic in Lounge - Nissan NV
i agree. i picked up my 2016 by mid October last year, so this is really late! -
no, why? 5'8 on the driver side 5'11 on the passenger side. u shape during day, one seat on each side. at night leg room gets filled by lowering table to complete the bed. this way one person can still take a nap while the other can sit at the table.

cabinet doors are all installed now. Bed frame is going up and heading to IKEA for slats and mattress next week. After that all that remains is hooking up the propane to the stove and heater, water pump, and a final paint job on the bed and cabinet doors. Racing the weather here in Tahoe and hoping to get things done before ski season starts in a month. :-) Oh and we also got our Golden Retriever puppy Mango. Warning: Cuteness overload!

battery box bolted to the frame in the floor.

electrical is all done! speak of lots of wires. electrician friend looked over it and we are good to go.

Quick search for 2017 models for sale shows 7 speed transmission for the V8 http://drivesparks.com/New-VehicleResearch/2017-Nissan-NV_Cargo-415797 horsepower and torque are however the same as for the 2016 V8 model, so would that mean no new engine or does the update 5.6 have the exact same specs?

here updated cabinet doors.

thanks! cabinet doors are hard work especially when one wants everything to be aligned perfectly. 5 doors done ,5 to go. yes doors will have magnets top and bottom to keep them shut and from rattling. the insides will have an insert which fits kitchen items precisely like plates, glasses, etc. yes, 4 different shades of blue/ turquoise and then bedding etc will bring other color accents.

cabinet doors are going in. using soft close concealed euro hinges so the hinges won't show. not too much work actually.
-
recessed LEDS are working and top of cabinet LED moodlighting is working too!
-
7 coats of paint later (2 primer, 2 color, 3 acrylic clear). recessed LED are in their holes. Also built inverter box. solar will be connected to battery and inverter tomorrow. @radin2son looking into insurance at the moment to try and ensure the build out with at least $10k.

Saw this NV on I80 east of Sac. Looks like they installed a fan vertically in the back door. And A/C on the roof.

Yep, no dogs on most trails in NPs. Once Mango is a year or so we ll put her up at doggy hotels outside NPs whenever we plan on multinight backcountry hikes. Everyone, meet Mango :-). We ll take her home in two weeks. And a quick update on the conversion. Finished all remaining wall and cabinet panels hiding all wires and then primed the ceiling. More painting today.

thanks for all the kind words! Excited to enter the home stretch and get it done by the end of the month. days are already getting colder up here in Tahoe so gotta get this done. @nihil we used a combiner box from AM Solar that came as part of a package. after doing a ton of research and pricing out individual components vs buying a package we accepted that the ease of having everything delivered from one source and the benefits that come with an experienced place like AM solar outweigh thr surcharge of probabaly 20% compared to buying individual components. We went with the mid-level package re charge controler, wire gauges, etc. Out of town for a few days, I ll post some pictures of thr system when we are back. Also, we are getting a puppy! Picking him/her out tomorrow. It'll be a darker colored Golden Retriever named Mango. I ll post pics of that as well. :-)

thanks! bed platform is the last major construction project and then it's the home stretch cleaning things up.

and we got solar power! 2x100W are up and connected. As a little bonus i took care of that ugly white fan casing color. Nothing a bit of custom automotive spraypaint couldnt fix. 4 layers plus 3 clear coat. Also replaced the dome shaped lid with a flat lid which dometic sent for free. reduces road wind noise a lot and reduces noticabity of the fan a lot as it is 2 inches lower now. what do u think?

built a nice wood trim around the sliding door mechanism bump that sticks out and made some nice transitions from metal to wood panelling around the sliding door. solar panels are going up Tuesday. I guess August was optimistic to get it all done but end of september should work out. bedframe is last major building project and then it's hooking things up and painting.

two out of three ceiling panels are up.

kitchen counter is shaping up and had a test fitting with fridge and stove today.
